The lighthouse is small, it takes maybe 2 flights of stairs to get to the top. It was very crowded in the non VIP area the day I was there. Shirley Street Drinks are expensive also, but WORTH IT, because the frozen drinks are very good. I've done both and my choice would definitely be Pearl Island which I've done now about 4X's only for the fact that it is limited to about 200 guests per day so it never felt crowded.
